  2.    Yamaha S-YXG50C Trial Version (v1.16t1-E) License Agreement

  4.    Yamaha Corporation (Yamaha) permits you use the Yamaha Soft Synthesizer
  5.    S-YXG50C Trial Version 1.16t1-E (Software) conditioned on your acceptance 
  6.    of this agreement. Use of this Software will be taken to mean acceptance 
  7.    of this agreement, so please read the following terms carefully before you
  8.    use the Software.

  11.    1. Copyright and permission for use
  12.  
  13.    Yamaha grants you as an individual the right to use the Software on 
  14.    only one computer at any single time.  The ownership of the disk on 
  15.    which the Software is recorded belongs to you, but the ownership and 
  16.    copyright of the Program itself belongs to Yamaha.

  19.    2. Prohibitions and restrictions

  21.    You may not reverse-compile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or use any
  22.    other method to convert the Software into a human-readable form, nor 
  23.    may you allow another person to do so. The Software may not be 
  24.    duplicated, corrected, modified, lent, leased, sold, distributed, 
  25.    licensed or disposed of in any other way in part or in whole. The 
  26.    creation of derivative works based on the content of the Software is 
  27.    also prohibited. The Software may not be transmitted over a network to
  28.    another computer without written authorization from Yamaha. Your 
  29.    rights regarding the Software may be transferred to a third party only
  30.    if this is done for non-commercial purposes and if the Software and 
  31.    all associated documentation including this agreement are included,
  32.    and if the third party accepts this agreement.

  35.    3. Limitations of Liability

  37.    The Software was developed at, and is copyrighted by, Yamaha. The 
  38.    Software is offered "AS IS" and Yamaha makes no warranty as to its use
  39.    or performance.
  40.    YAMAHA AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE 
  41.    PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE
  42.    OR DOCUMENTATION.   YAMAHA AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO 
  43.    WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF 
  44.    THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY 
  45.    PARTICULAR PURPOSE.   IN NO EVENT WILL YAMAHA OR ITS 
  46.    SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, 
  47.    INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS 
  48.    OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF AN YAMAHA REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN
  49.    ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY 
  50.    CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
